Indian Pond Country Club Wedding | Christine & Mike

I remember the first time I talked with Christine over the phone. She explained a bit about her and her fiance’ and excitedly told me that their wedding date is set for “Mean Girls Day” and asked me if I had that date available. At the time they inquired with me, I did and we went ahead and started planning for that date. Then, the unthinkable was happening all around us and as you all are aware, 2020 looked different for the wedding industry and brides and grooms all planning their wedding day. Dates changed, vendors changed and once a new date was set, we kept on planning.

Here we are!! with their new date October 15, 2021 I can now excitedly announce them as Mr. and Mrs. Pattavina! Christine and Mike were married at Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, MA and it was just the perfect day! Surrounded by friends and family it was evident that these two are so loved. After their ceremony all of their guests were able to head over to a large stair case outside of the venue where I was able to capture a big group photo! This is an amazing perk of Indian Pond! Who doesn’t want a photo of ALL of their guests?! You can see this photo below! I just love that it has everyone there celebrating them and they can look at that photo years to come remembering that moment.

One of my favorite moments of the day was their first look. Christine and Mike got ready at the Hotel 1620 in Downtown Plymouth, MA and decided on their first look location to be just near the Plymouth Rock. What a perfect spot for a first look! When we arrive at this location, we set Mike up so that he was not able to see Christine come out of the Trolley. Once she was ready, she said his name and he turned around to see her. His reaction was once of my favorite reactions I have seen during a first look. Now, down get me wrong, I love every single first look and they are all special and all the reactions I have captured have been so beautiful but this one was different. You could feel the excitement and happiness he felt as he saw her for the first time. Not only could you feel it, but you could hear it, and see it! He could not stand still, he couldn’t help but scream a sign of relief and he could not keep his eyes off of her! It was absolutely a first look I will never forget and I just love the moments we captured of this for them. Looking back at these I really hope it brings back the rush of how this moment was for them. I don’t think anyone or anything else existed during that time. It was truly something amazing. And, I don’t blame him! She was STUNNING!

Christine and Mike, Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to capture your wedding day. I knew from the first time we met in person during your engagement session that I was going to love working with you guys and I was right! I loved chatting with you through emails and over the phone talking all things wedding and while you didn’t get married on “Mean Girls Day”, you will still, always be my “Mean Girls Bride”. Christine, the way you went out of your way to find a room at Hotel 1620 with windows means more to me than you will ever know! THANK YOU!! Just look and see the magic created with that window light! 🙂 I hope you guys had the best time on your honeymoon and I am so excited to share with you JUST A FEW of my favorite photos of your wedding day!! Enjoy reliving these moments. xo.
