It’s time for Savannah’s Studio cake smash! Savannah is ONE and it feels like just yesterday I was photographing Lori and Hayden’s engagement session and wedding day. Now here we are, celebrating their baby girl’s first birthday. Being invited to capture these milestones means the world to me. I absolutely love getting to see Ali B Brides again as they grow into beautiful little families.
We started Savannah’s birthday session in the studio with a family session, and it was nothing short of stunning. The love and connection between Lori, Hayden, and Savannah is so genuine, and it truly shines through every photo. I also got to see them this past October for a fall family session. Watching Savannah grow in just a few short months has been such a treat!
After the family portraits, it was time for Savannah’s cake smash! The setup was simple, sweet, and perfect—featuring a burlap “Happy Birthday” banner, one neutral balloon, and a handful of soft pastel balloons that added a gentle pop of color. It all came together to create a timeless look that let Savannah be the star of the show.
She was curious about her cake at first, and it didn’t take long before little hands were diving right in! Her expressions were priceless—from shy smiles to giggles, it was such a joy to photograph her discovering this sweet little treat.
