Boston Seaport Engagement Session | Mike and Taylor

Boston Seaport engagement sessions in the winter can be a bit of a challenge with the cold temperatures. But when you have a couple as adventurous and easygoing as Mike and Taylor, the cold is nothing but a minor detail. Their engagement session at the Boston Seaport was a perfect mix of beautiful winter landscapes, intimate moments, and a whole lot of laughter. Despite the chilly weather, we made the most of the day. And I must say, my trusty reusable hand warmers were a lifesaver!

We kicked off the session at the Boston Seaport. It’s a location that offers a stunning view of the water and the city skyline. The winter light gave everything a soft, magical glow. Despite the cold, Mike and Taylor were all smiles as we explored the area. The Seaport is well-known for its modern architecture and wide-open spaces; it offers the perfect urban backdrop for their session.

While the temperature was definitely on the colder side, Mike and Taylor were total troopers, braving the chill without complaint. The cold made the moments between shots even more special. Whether it was a quick cuddle to warm up or a shared laugh, the connection between them was undeniable. I was so impressed by their resilience and the way they embraced the cold. It made for some truly cozy and authentic moments.

After finishing up at the Seaport, we wrapped up the session with a warm and cozy treat at Tatte Bakery. Tatte is the perfect spot to unwind and warm up after a winter shoot. It gave us the opportunity to take a moment to reflect on the session. We grabbed hot cocoa and coffee, and Mike and Taylor shared a few laughs as we chatted about their wedding plans and future together. The bakery’s warm atmosphere, delicious drinks, and cozy vibe were the perfect way to end an already memorable session.

Mike and Taylor’s winter engagement session at the Boston Seaport was truly one for the books. From braving the chilly weather with a smile to warming up over hot drinks at Tatte, the session was filled with laughter, love, and beautiful moments. Their energy and connection made every shot feel natural and easy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to share such a memorable day with.
