If you read my about me page, you saw that I am a Jersey girl. Recently, some of our cousins came to visit us from New Jersey. They spent several days with us here in MA. We had been talking about doing family photos for over a year together. Finally, we were able to do them during their visit! I love shooting at different locations around New England. The trees around here are amazing and with this time of the year being so nice with the colors, I couldn’t wait to shoot outside with them! I gave a few location choices, but they actually wanted chose to do a cranberry bog, knowing that this area has many near by. We searched online for cranberry farms and came across Flax Pond Farms in Carver, MA. This location had many trees, a barn, cranberry bogs, a pond, awesome dirt roads and a neat truck that is not in use anymore. We were able to walk around the farm and take photos in the different areas they had there. We ran into a few people who worked on the farm who gave us a little lesson about the workers who were dry harvesting in the bogs. It was a great day and I am so happy I got to take their photos this year. I definitely plan on going back to this location again, it was so pretty!
