One of the most rewarding parts of being a photographer is getting to see my couples’ love stories unfold beyond the wedding day. Lori and Hayden were one of those incredible couples I had the honor of photographing on their special day, and this fall, I had the joy of seeing them again—this time with their beautiful daughter, Savannah, in tow.
When couples return for sessions after their wedding day, it’s like a full-circle moment for me. Seeing Lori and Hayden with Savannah, their love now extending to their sweet little girl, was nothing short of heartwarming. These moments remind me just how special my job is—capturing not just a day, but the many chapters of life that follow.
Our session took place during fall mini sessions in Hollis, NH, with the golden leaves and rustic barn backdrop setting the perfect tone. Savannah was an absolute delight—curious, full of smiles, and radiating sweetness. Watching Lori and Hayden interact with her was a beautiful reflection of their bond, now made even richer as parents.
This session was one of my favorites, not just because of the stunning fall scenery, but because of the love and connection that shone so clearly through every frame. Getting to meet Savannah and see Lori and Hayden as a family was a true honor, and it reminded me why I love what I do.
