I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my LAST wedding of 2021 than with Jonathan and Kelsey!
Just over a month ago, I met them in person at the Sea Port in Boston for their engagement session. We had SO MUCH fun together, I knew their wedding day was going to be amazing! Boy! I was right!! Between the weather, the company, the venue- I can’t help but to stop and just thank God for the opportunities to work with amazing people in amazing places. I truly feel so blessed to be apart of something so wonderful.
I loved EVERY SINGLE detail they had on their wedding day. Every little thing they had was perfectly planned out and had so much meaning to them. The invitations were made by Kelsey’s aunt, her something borrowed was her Abuela’s, the groom and groomsmen had fishing hooks on their boutonnières as he is a fisherman. Their favor match boxes were the perfect touch as they happened to meet on Tinder, the boxes had their profile photos on them. (SO CUTE!) It was so much fun capturing all the details ( and more!) for them.
During the ceremony, the sun came out. It was just before sun set so the sun was that glowy bright orange Hollywood colors. It was absolutely beautiful. The funny thing about the sun is, its beautiful but hard to shoot directly into without anything to defuse it ( like a tree) but I can shoot in any light. Although this light was seriously amazing, not only for me, but for the guests as well. It went behind a cloud for the entire ceremony. The cloud covered enough shade for the guests to see without strain and the photos on the top of the hill are breathtaking! Thank you to the sun and the clouds for being so awesome! 🙂
Kelsey and Jon, oh man! You guys were a dream to work with. THANK YOU so much for trusting me to capture your wedding day! The whole day was just pure perfection and I am still pinching myself that I got to be apart of it all! Your details as I mentioned before were just so fun to photograph and your friends and family were so much fun! I hope you love your photos as you look back on your wedding day!
