Joovy Caboose Ultralight | Stroller Review

** Disclamer- Ali B Photography received this stroller as a free product to test, all opinions are my own.**

Reviewing products is new to me, and has been inspired by my good friend, Carilyn who has been blogging for over a year about baby products. We attended Big City Mom’s Biggest Baby shower in December, and I met Pam and a few other Joovy reps there. I was pregnant at the time and looking for a double stroller when I was introduced to the Joovy Caboose Ultralight! I instantly fell in love with the look of this stroller. I was so excited that my toddler could sit in a seat, stand up if he wanted, and also sit/stand with a seat that did not have to have a back to it. Once baby #2 arrived, I could not wait to take a walk with this stroller.

It was a nice spring day when we went for our first walk. Henry was just about a month old and my son Ethan is just about to be 3. I remembered loving the stroller at the baby shower event and now, getting to use it, I still love it! The color I chose was black. I love the teal but I knew if the kids eat, or have a drink in it, spills will most likely happen and black not only hides the dirt, it looks pretty stylish too. The pretty cool thing about this stroller is that there are several different ways in which you can have the kiddos sit. You can have it as two seats with lots of room, one child seated and the other standing with the small bench, infant carrier and one seat for toddler, or infant carrier an standing. In the photos below, my toddler is in the sitting position with the infant carrier facing us. He likes that he can see if his brother is awake or sleeping.

The stroller itself is not very heavy like many strollers are! This one is about 21 lbs. It folds up nicely and opens easily,  and it does not take up a lot of space!

The only thing that was the biggest issue for me is that the storage basket under the seats is not very big. Now, with two kids, my diaper bag is packed! I does not fit on the bottom storage area. I found some stroller clips that fit perfectly around the handle of it that held my diaper bag nicely. It was not too low where it was in the way of my knees hitting while walking. Also, when my toddler is sitting in the stroller, his feet are in the basket area so you really can’t use it for storage at all.

This is a perfect stroller for short walks, travel or city traveling. The wheels are not very big and will not handle grass or sand well, but for side walks it is perfect! To see more about this stroller check it out on the Joovy website. You will see all the awesome colors they have there too!
